Generate MARC Records in Explore
Institutions may require MARC (Machine-Readable Cataloguing) records for the content in their collection(s). An institution can complete the following steps to generate an .mrc file.
- Log in to Explore.
- Click on the Institutions tab, then on Integrations.
- Click on the MARC Records button. You will see a "Generating Records" message and your file will automatically download.
Note
If your Collection(s) contain(s) more than 1,000 MARC records, the .mrc file will be emailed to you.
