Purpose

Provides visibility into Bookshelf engagement activity specifically for assets within an Explore subscription model.

Report Notes

  • The access filter will automatically filter the report to show subscriptions, including all assets.

    • For fulfilment, this is based on the subscription owner.

    • For buy/sell or market place, this is based on the asset owner (i.e. your system user has the correct companies associated).

Asset VBIDManage VBID of the asset activated by the end user

Use to search for a specific asset or for many assets.

You can easily copy/paste multiple values. This can be completed by copying a column of ISBNs or VBIDs from an Excel-like document or copying ISBNs or VBIDs separated by commas.

🔵 Multi-search can support up to 16,000 values
⚠️ Copying ISBNs or VBIDs separated by semicolons does not work.
Subscription IDSubscription VBID or Transaction ID (for Marketplace)Use to search for a specific subscription.

Number of pages viewed (cumulatively) by the end user

📄 For example, if an asset has 20 pages and each is viewed five times, the Page Views (Total) would reflect '100'.
