Overview
Provides publishers with an overview of assets available in the Explore Marketplace across different regions, so you can see where your content is live and identify items that may need attention (e.g. titles moving out of distribution).

How to Use This Report
Start with the filters – The report is automatically scoped to your company's assets. From there, narrow down by Marketplace Region to focus on a specific market, or by Asset Status to isolate items that are Out of Distribution or in Limited Distribution.
Interpret the results – The two summary tiles at the top show counts of items in Limited Distribution and Out of Distribution. The detail table below lists every asset with its edition, product type, status, off-sale date, provider, region, pricing and currency.
Take action – Use the results to confirm where your titles are showing up in Explore through fulfilment, buy/sell or marketplace channels, and flag any items that need to be updated in Manage.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why don't I see all of my titles in this report?
A: The report shows all items regardless of distribution status by default. If a title isn't appearing, confirm that it's associated with your company in Manage and check that the Marketplace Region filter isn't excluding it.
Q: Why does the report only show my company's assets?
A: The Asset Publisher filter is automatically applied based on the company associated with your system user account, so results are always scoped to your own catalogue.
Q: What's the difference between 'Out of Distribution' and 'Limited Distribution'?
A: Out of Distribution items have been fully removed from sale. Limited Distribution items remain available but with restricted availability. Use the Asset Status filter to isolate either group.
