We are currently experiencing data delays on select reports affecting publishers in North America.
VitalSource is currently experiencing delays in the transmission of data from our Verba Connect application to our Data Warehouse, which is impacting some of our reporting.
Reports experiencing data delays include:
Opt-Out Action Report – Major impact. The data for this report is being prioritised for manual daily updates to help reduce reporting gaps.
Publishers who receive an SFTP daily drop of the Opt-Out Action Report will receive two drops daily to help reduce gaps from the previous day. The second drop will include some overlapping results with the first. Once this issue has been resolved, publishers are encouraged to use the UI version of the report to audit all opt-outs between 27-Aug-2025 and the day after VitalSource confirms the resolution.
For publishers who only use the UI, it is recommended to pull the report using the “Custom” Date Range filter, spanning from 27-Aug-2025 through to the current day until the issue is resolved. This will result in overlapping results each day, but will also help identify any gaps not received due to the daily delays. Adjust date parameters as needed while auditing.
High Opt-Out Intervention Report – Moderate impact. There will be delays in the calculation of the Opt-Out Rate percentage.
Affordability Programme Tracker – Moderate impact. New data (e.g., late adoptions) and enrolment/opt-out data are also delayed. All other data does not change rapidly once set. If an audit of data has been completed and updated in the system, it may be delayed in appearing in the report.
PI Term Readiness Report – Minor impact. Most data in this report does not change daily or is pulled from other sources that continue to function as expected.
PI Dashboard – Minor impact. There will be some delays in data related to calculated values (i.e., totals and rates).

VitalSource is currently experiencing delays in the transmission of data from our Manage application to our Data Warehouse, which is impacting some of our reporting.
Reports experiencing data delays include:
Access Code Demand Report – Moderate impact. The numbers for on-hand codes will be delayed, potentially inflating the required code supply.
Code Detail Report, Codes by Distributor, Codes by Product, and Codes by Publisher Reports – Major impact. New redemption information has been delayed since 5pm on 28-Aug-2025.
