Overview
This report assists publishers in confirming material readiness for courseware and bundles that are set up as publisher-delivered in Connect. It draws on adoption, section and course-linking data to help publishers catch incorrect adoption set-up before a term begins, so students receive the correct materials on time.
Key Questions This Report Answers
Which of my (publisher-delivered) courseware and bundle adoptions are correctly set up for the current or upcoming term?
Which sections have adoptions that may need correction because publisher-delivery was not intended?
Does the LMS Course ID stored in Connect match what's registered in Launch for a given section?
How to Use This Report
Start with the filters – Select a Term to scope results to the term you want to review. You can further narrow by Institution, Parent Institution or Section Status.
Interpret the results – Review each row's Section Status and compare Adopted Item, Matched Item, and Item Name to confirm the adoption reflects a title that should actually be publisher-delivered.
Take action – For any adoption that appears incorrectly set up, work with your bookstore or teaching staff contact to review the adoption or contact the Publisher Enablement team for assistance.
