Global Filters

Global filters are extremely helpful while navigating through various reports.

As you navigate back and forth, the filters remain in place across all reports until you apply new filters or utilize the Clear All option to reset the selected ones.

The first filter is the Calendar Filter, where you can select a date range for your report.

The Created Codes and Redeemed Codes buttons allow you to filter between codes created and/or redeemed in the specified timeframe.

You can also easily set the date range using the Year to Date, Quarter to Date, and Previous Months buttons.

Alternatively, you can manually select a start and end date on the calendar or input a custom date range in the fields at the bottom of the menu.

Remember to click Apply after selecting your dates to activate the filter. Without clicking Apply, the filter won't take effect.

Once your selections are made, simply click Apply to view the results.

The final option is the Suppliers Filter, a valuable tool for users with multiple Manage accounts.

With this filter, you can choose specific companies from the list and simply click Apply to promptly update the results of the report.

Reports Filters

Report Filters vary based on the selected report from the operational menu. Even though they are specific for each report, their behavior is similar.

When a report filter is applied, it impacts available data and the other filter options. For example, once a distributed company filter is selected, the product and code types will only populate with data that is relevant to that distributor.

Identical to Global filters, Report Filters will persist across all reports until either new filters are selected or the Clear All option is chosen.

Each column of results has a pair of arrows for adjusting the sorting order.

Finally, you can always download a CSV file to work offline with your results. We strongly recommend using this option if you have a large list of items in your report.
