Use to search for a specific asset or for many assets. You can easily copy/paste multiple values. This can be completed through copying a column of ISBNs or VBIDs from an excel-like document or copying ISBNs or VBIDs separated by commas.

ISBN and rental duration of item adopted in Connect |
VitalSource SKU | VitalSource ID associated with the adopted item (if a match exists in the VitalSource system) |
Publisher Name | The name of the publisher that owns the content |
Program Type |
Program that an Institution offers, by catalog (i.e., the specific department, course, section, and adopted content) |
Participation Model | Indicates the participation model for the institution, either: Opt-in or Opt-out |
Access Codes Required | Indicates if the product will be delivered via access codes or not. |
Delivery Method | Delivery method as noted in Connect. Values may be “VitalSource”, “From Publisher”, “Other”, or null. |
Launch Enabled | Boolean field that notes whether an LMS Course ID is present. |
LMS Course ID | LMS Course ID stored in Connect for this adoption |
Item Created Date | The date the product was created in Connect. |
Item Updated Date | The date the product was last updated in Connect. |
Schedule Opt-in/out Deadline | Date which an Institution’s opt-in/opt-out decisions must be completed |
Term Start Date | Term start date according to the school’s set up in Connect |
Term End Date | Term end date according to the school’s set up in Connect |
Invoice Date | Term start date according to the school’s set up in Connect |
Cost to Bookstore | This is the net price to the bookstore. Only populated when the product has been created in Connect. Note that some bookstores will use placeholder prices on inactive sections to remind of future work required. |
Data Current As Of | The timestamp of the last data refresh for the report. |
