Overview
The PI Dashboard gives publishers a snapshot of their current Partner Integration (PI) implementation status across institutions and highlights opportunities to convert additional sections to PI. It draws on courseware adoption, licensing, and revenue data from Manage, and helps publishers identify PI growth opportunities and monitor adoption trends.

How to Use This Dashboard
| ℹ️ The access filter automatically restricts the dashboard to only the products/companies your Manage account owns, and only shows available values. The dashboard only includes sections with an enrolled student count greater than 0, and only sections that have an adopted courseware (or courseware bundle) item. |
Set your filters first — Use the Term filter to scope results to a specific academic term (e.g., Fall-2026). Narrow further with Publisher (Parent), Institution, Access Program, or Institution LTI Integration as needed. This dashboard has a single view, so there are no tabs to navigate — all filters apply dashboard-wide.
Read the tiles — Summary tiles at the top show estimated revenue, opt-out rate, and adoption comparisons between PI and Non-PI courseware. The Courseware Adoption Details table at the bottom gives institution-level detail.
Drill down for detail — Use the Courseware Adoption Details tile to see section-level detail for a specific institution.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why don't the institution totals in PI v. Non-PI add up to 100%?
A: Institutions can have a mix of PI and Non-PI sections in the same term, so the dashboard reports a third "Partial PI" bucket alongside PI and Non-PI.
Q: Why do I see the same institution listed twice under Access Code Required (Non-PI)?
A: When an institution has partial PI enabled, some of its Non-PI sections may require access codes while others don't. The dashboard splits these into two rows to show the code-required vs. non-code-required section counts separately.
