Purpose

Provides a publisher-centric snapshot of current status of PI implementations, and contextualizes opportunities for PI conversion.

Dashboard Notes

  • The access filter will automatically filter the report to only show products that the user’s company (in Manage) owns, and this filter will only show available values.

  • The dashboard filters will filter all of the tiles on the dashboard

  • The dashboard only includes sections with an enrolled student count > 0

  • The dashboard only includes sections that have an adopted courseware (or courseware bundle) item

Definition of filters

For 2-semester reviews, it is recommended to use these combinations:

  • Winter/Spring = Spring
  • Summer/Fall = Fall
⚠️ The institution-defined term is not necessarily the same as the standardized term. For example, you may see some schedules names that may say “Spring” and appear in the “Winter” or “Summer” term.

🔵 In scenarios where PI is partially enabled (PI and Non-PI sections exist), it is possible that access codes are required for some, but not all, of the Non-PI sections. In this situation, the data will present on two rows for that institution to represent the split of Non-PI sections that are code delivered v. non-code delivered. For example:
