Explore Direct-to-Student Asset Engagement

Purpose

Provides visibility into engagement activity specifically for assets within an Explore direct-to-student subscription model.

Report Notes

  • The access filter will automatically filter the report to show subscriptions, including all assets, owned by the user’s Publisher company ID

  • This report only includes engagement data related to subscriptions and their assets that were sold directly to students, and not through Explore Marketplace or Library models.

  • This report provides a limited display of engagement events which includes the the current year to-date and previous two years. For example, if today is 02-Dec-2024, then all engagement events are included for 2024 up through 02-Dec-2024 at 00:00:00 UTC and all engagement events for 2023 and 2022.

  • When the subscription code type = add/drop that means that a student access material in the subscription during the add/drop period. This is not an indication of whether or not the student dropped the course or continued with a full code. It is just indicating that the student activated the asset during the add/drop period.
