Important Report Details
- Data results are reported based on UTC time zone.
- Reports display up to 500 rows in the Analytics & Insights Center user interface
- To view results beyond 500 rows, download is required.
- Data is accurate up through the previous day from when a report is accessed.
- When using multi-VBID, ISBN, SKU, or ID search, the limit maxes out at 16,000 values.
- Sessions time out after 1-hour of non-usage. Users must refresh for updated results.
Enhancements & Documentation Updates
As improvements or enhancements are included into reports or dashboards, documentation will be updated to reflect those changes.
- Minor changes (e.g., filter additions) will be captured/delivered on a rolling basis and documentation will be updated on a monthly basis to capture any new minor changes.
- Major changes (e.g., changes that change the report scope/intent or could have impact on end-user post-download automated processes) will be delivered on a quarterly basis. End-users will be notified of major changes (at minimum) 90 days prior to implementation. However, VitalSource strives to notify end-users of major changes as soon as possible. Documentation will be updated at the point of delivery.
