CA Enrollment Activity Report

Purpose

Provides publishers current CA and TA adoptions in Connect and the price of the adoption for the Bookstore.

Institution NameName of the institution (Manage company name)Use to look up a specific institution(s)
Publisher NameThe name of the publisher that owns the contentUse to look up a specific publisher(s)
Product NameName of the item adopted in ConnectUse to look up a specific product(s)
Product SKUVitalSource ID associated with the adopted item (if a match exists in the VitalSource system)

Use to search for a specific asset or for many assets.

You can easily copy/paste multiple values. This can be completed through copying a column of ISBNs or VBIDs from an excel-like document or copying ISBNs or VBIDs separated by commas.

⚠️ Copying ISBNs or VBIDs separated by semi-colon does not work.
Participation ModelIndicates the participation model for the institution, either: Opt-in or Opt-outUse to narrow to specific participation models
Department NameDepartment name in ConnectUse to narrow to specific department(s)
Course NameCourse name in ConnectUse to narrow to specific course(s)
Section StatusIndicates whether a section is “Active” or “Inactive”.Use to narrow to a specific section status

Section StatusIndicates whether a section is “Active” or “Inactive”.
Product NameName of the item adopted in Connect
Content TypeThe type associated with the product. Differentiates eBooks, courseware and bundles.
Billing ISBNISBN and rental duration of item adopted in Connect
VitalSource SKUVitalSource ID associated with the adopted item (if a match exists in the VitalSource system)
Publisher NameThe name of the publisher that owns the content
Program TypeProgram that an Institution offers, by catalog (i.e., the specific department, course, section, and adopted content)
Participation ModelIndicates the participation model for the institution, either: Opt-in or Opt-out
Access Codes RequiredIndicates if the product will be delivered via access codes or not.
Delivery MethodDelivery method as noted in Connect. Values may be “VitalSource”, “From Publisher”, “Other”, or null.
Launch EnabledBoolean field that notes whether an LMS Course ID is present.
LMS Course IDLMS Course ID stored in Connect for this adoption
Item Created DateThe date the product was created in Connect.
Item Updated DateThe date the product was last updated in Connect.
Schedule Opt-in/out DeadlineDate which an Institution’s opt-in/opt-out decisions must be completed

Cost to BookstoreThis is the net price to the bookstore. Only populated when the product has been created in Connect. Note that some bookstores will use placeholder prices on inactive sections to remind of future work required.

Number of students rostered into the section (to-date)

🔵 This number may fluctuate during the add/drop period.
DropThe number of students that have dropped.
ContinuationThe number of students that are continuing and already have the content.
Opt-InThe number of students that have opted-in to the CA/TA program.
Opt-OutThe number of students that have opted-out from the CA/TA program.
Pct with ContentThe percentage of students enrolled that have access to the materials either by opting-in to the program or from continuation.
