Purpose
Provides accessibility information associated with each product offered in an CA/TA program.
Report Notes
- The access filter will automatically filter the report to show products that are:
- Owned by the user’s Publisher company ID (for publishers)
- Adopted by the user’s Institution ID (for institutions)
- Results are limited to items with adoptions in the last 18 months and have a current or upcoming adoption
- Data presence is based on the accessibility metadata provided by the publisher. Where a ‘null’ is present, accessibility metadata has not been sent for that category.

| Next Term Start Date | Term start date according to the school’s set up in Connect | Narrow down items to a specific upcoming start date or set a date range | ||
| Adopted Item | ISBN and rental duration of item adopted in Connect (This is the “Billing ISBN” in the Connect system) | Use to search for a specific item or for many items. You can easily copy/paste multiple values. This can be completed through copying a column of ISBNs or VBIDs from an excel-like document or copying ISBNs or VBIDs separated by commas.
