Purpose
Provides accessibility information associated with each asset within current and future subscriptions.
Report Notes
- The access filter will automatically filter the report to show subscriptions, including all assets:
- Owned by the user’s Publisher company ID (for publishers)
- Associated with the user’s Institution ID (for institutions)
- Results only contain Subscriptions whose End Date is in the future
- Results are limited to Subscription Assets that hold an Asset Status of “In Inventory” or “Limited Distribution”
- Data presence is based on the accessibility metadata provided by the publisher. Where a ‘null’ is present, accessibility metadata has not been sent for that category.
