How do students access their eBook or digital materials?

For digital materials purchased from the online bookstore, all purchased materials can be found through the eLibrary in students online bookstore account. You can follow this digital guide for how students should access digital materials from the eLibrary:

For Inclusive and Equitable Access materials, students can access all materials through their LMS. See below for more information about Inclusive and Equitable Access.

A student ordered physical materials (books, class supplies, etc.) and they haven’t arrived. How do they check the status of their orders?

All orders should be accompanied by an order number and tracking information and students can check shipping information on their orders through the bookstore website. Please refer to this guide for more specific information.

How to troubleshoot students having issues using their voucher?

It you have access to the Bookstore Voucher Tool, you may be able to check basic information such as balance and expiration date of student vouchers (see Bookstore Voucher User Guide). If you do not have access to the tool, or the issue is not explained by expiration or insufficient funds, please reach out to success@vitalsource.com. Please include the student’s name, email address, the voucher number (when available) and any information about the student’s order in your request.
