How do I create a new voucher agency or user to create/modify vouchers?

If a new voucher agency or user needs to be created, please fill out the Voucher Account Authorization Form along with tax exempt certificate (if applicable) and submit to success@vitalsource.com.

How do I check a balance on a voucher?

If you are an authorized user of the Bookstore Voucher Tool, voucher balances can be checked there. Please reference our Bookstore Voucher User Guide. If you are not an authorized user, voucher balances can be checked by contacting success@vitalsource.com.

What if my temporary password on the invoice email no longer works?

Temporary passwords included in the invoice emails expire after one week. If you need a new temporary password, please contact success@vitalsource.com.

How do I reset my password for the Bookstore Voucher Tool?

If you have forgotten your bookstore voucher tool password, username or need a password reset, please contact success@vitalsource.com.
