What do I do if I can’t log in to the bookstore adoption portal?

If you are experiencing issues logging into the bookstore website, please contact success@vitalsource.com and include as much information as possible regarding the issue (i.e. URL, screenshot of error message etc.).

Why is adopted book showing as “Sold Out”?

Adopted course materials will show as “Sold Out” on the bookstore site if there's currently not available inventory to fulfill orders. For book availability questions, please contact success@vitalsource.com.
