What is Inclusive Access?
Inclusive Access (IA) is a course-by-course delivery model in which digital content is automatically delivered to students, ensuring they are ready to learn on day one. With IA, all content is discovered, managed, and accessed within the campus LMS.
What is Equitable Access?
Equitable Access (EA) gives students day-one access to all required learning materials, both digital and physical.
Digital material is not showing in the LMS (Learning Management System)
When digital material for Inclusive or Equitable Access is not displaying in the LMS, please review our Managing Your Classroom in the LMS guide to ensure the course is properly set up. If you are still experiencing issues, contact success@vitalsource.com.
How do I add my adopted digital material to the LMS (Learning Management System)?
The steps needed to ensure that digital material is accessible through your LMS can vary based on what LMS your school uses. Follow the link below for specific information on your school’s LMS.
No access code displayed when “Reveal Code” is selected
If Redemption codes are required and do not appear in the LMS when a student selects “Reveal Code”, please reach out to success@vitalsource.com.
