Purpose
Provides insight into user creation under the RaaS agreement.
Dashboard Notes
- The dashboard is set divided into two main sections with the same data.
- The Current Year allows the user to track user creation on a daily basis. This view automatically results on January 1st of each new year.
- The Previous Year section provides the same view of the data for the last complete year.
Definition of tiles
| Tile Name | Description | |
1 | YOY New Users by Month | Provides a visual year-over-year comparison of the count of new users created by month |
2 | Cumulative Total New Users | Provides the total number of new users created in the respective calendar year (current year or last year) |
3 | Avg Codes / User | Provides the average number of licenses per user in the respective calendar year (current year or last year) |
4 | User/Product Details | Data details related to the users created in the respective calendar year (current year or last year) |
Definition of fields
| Field Name | Description |
| Reference | Identifier associated to the created user |
| User Created | Date the user was created |
| Product | Concatenated SKU and Title of the product the user accessed |
| Number of Times Accessed | Total times the user has accessed the product |
| Last Access | Date that the user most recently accessed the product |
