Purpose
Helps monitor SaaS contract usage for the current contract term and see year-over-year trends.
Dashboard Notes
- There are two sections to the dashboard:
- The top section shows data for the Current SaaS period only (running July 1 - June 30).
- The bottom section shows the prior periods including the current period. (Note: In this section, the prior periods show data for the full period timeframe while the current period is only to-date and will not be complete. Data is updated daily and is current through activity from the prior day.)

| 1 | Total SaaS Units | Chart showing the cumulative number of non-comp and comp units that count toward the current period total. The threshold mark is the total number of units included in the current period.

| 2 | Units by Code Type | Breaks down units by the code type for the transaction

| 3 | Average Units / User | Calculated average number of books per user. This is counting the total number of titles for a user. For example, User A has two licenses:
The user’s total book count is five (4 + 1 = 5).

| 4 | Net New User | Number of users that redeemed a license where that user had not redeemed a license in a prior period | |
| 5 | Month-over-Month SaaS Units | Chart showing the count of units by month for the prior and current periods | |
| 6 | Month-over-Month SaaS Comp Units | Chart showing the count of comp units by month for the prior and current periods
