Materials are delivered to the Virtual Store and made available in the LMS, with clear visibility of the opt-out option for students. -
Student Welcome Email
Students receive a welcome email outlining program details, access instructions, and opt-out information. -
Student Opt-Out Reminder
A reminder email is sent to students ahead of the opt-out deadline. -
Opt-Out Deadline
The opt-out deadline aligns with the institution’s add/drop date. -
University Invoicing
An invoice for CA materials is sent to the institution. -
Student Billing
Charges for opted-in students are applied to their student accounts.
