Assists publishers with material readiness for courseware that will be publisher-delivered.

Data results are limited to Courseware or Bundles that are set up in Connect as publisher-delivered.

📄 Note: If an item appears that is not meant to be publisher-delivered, the item set-up in the system may be incorrect. Please work with your bookstore or faculty contact to review the adoption set-up, or reach out to the Publisher Enablement team for assistance.

Filter Name

Usage Notes

Term

Standardized term name, based on term start date (ex: Fall-2024, Winter/Spring-2025).

For 2-semester reviews, it is recommended to use these combinations:

Winter/Spring = Spring
Summer/Fall = Fall

⚠️ The institution-defined term is not necessarily the same as the standardized term. For example, you may see some schedules names that may say “Spring” and appear in the “Winter” or “Summer” term.

Term Start Date

Term start date according to the school’s set up in Connect

Publisher

Name of the publisher that owns the content

Parent Institution

The name of the parent institution (when there is one)

Institution

The name of the institution

Section Status

The status of the section (active or inactive)

Name of the institution (Manage company name)

Campus Name

Name of the campus at the institution (provided by the institution)

IPEDS ID

Institution’s IPEDS number

Section Status

Indicates whether a section is “Active” or “Inactive”.

ℹ️ If a section is listed as “Inactive” it can represent either: 1) that the section has yet to be activated (if the Term is in the future) or 2) was not or will not run (typically if the Term is in the past or can possibly include Term Start Dates in the future).
