Office Hours Schedule
VitalSource Customer Success welcomes you to join virtual office hours every second Tuesday of the month from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm ET.
During office hours, a VitalSource Customer Success Manager will host a live training through Zoom and answer questions related to the scheduled topic.
During Office Hours, a VitalSource Customer Success Manager or subject matter expert (SME) will host a live training through Zoom and answer questions related to the scheduled topic. Each session is allotted 60 minutes to allow time for questions, however, sessions typically last 20-30 minutes. Recordings of each session will be made available on the For Profit and Career Institutions section of the VitalSource Success site here.
