Image Drag and Drop
In an Image Drag and Drop question, students drag either text labels or small images onto a larger background image. Each label or image is associated with a specific target area on the larger image. You can include targeted feedback for each correct and incorrect response.
Build Questions with Draggable Text
Click + New Assessment, choose the assignment type, name the assessment, click Add, click + Add Content or Question, click + Add Question, and then click Image Drag and Drop.
1. Add Title.
2. Add question body.
3. Select image by clicking the indicated icon.
4. Click Text.
5. Click spot on image to place text label.
6. Enter text.
7. Repeat to add additional text labels.
8. Add Responses.
9. Add Feedback.
10. Tag question and save your work.
Note: Editing Text Labels
After you have added a text label, you can edit it by clicking inside the label again and revising the text. Alternatively, delete the text label by clicking the small "x" at the end of the label.
You can add incorrect feedback for specific wrong answers by clicking + Add Incorrect Feedback.
Build Questions with Draggable Images
Click + New Assessment, choose the assignment type, name the assessment, click Add, click + Add Content or Question, click + Add Question, and then click Image Drag and Drop.
Part One:
1. Add Title.
2. Add question body.
3. Click the icon to bring up the Media Manager. Select an image to use as the main image and click Insert.
Part Two:
1. Click Image.
2. Click spot on main image to place image.
3. Add image.
4. Repeat to add additional images.
5. Add Responses.
6. Add Feedback.
7. Tag question and save your work.
Note: After you have added an image, you cannot change the dimensions. Be sure to use images that are the correct size and won't need editing.
Configure the feedback using the same steps you used for text items.
