Start with the filters — Set the Filter Criteria (default: "Code Created (Date) OR Code Redeemed (Date)") and a Date Range to scope your results. Narrow further using SKU, Item Name, Product Type, Code Distributor, or Distributor Country as needed.
Interpret the results — Review the tiles for summary counts of codes created, redeemed, and cancelled, plus breakdowns by distributor, publisher, and product. Use the transaction-level table for individual code records.
Take action — Use Code Status and Bookshelf Code to confirm whether a specific code has been redeemed.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I search for multiple SKUs or ISBNs at once?
A: Yes. Copy and paste a column of SKUs or ISBNs from a spreadsheet, or a comma-separated list, directly into the SKU filter. Multi-search supports up to 16,000 values. Values separated by semi-colons are not supported.
Q: What does the "Filter Criteria" option change?
A: It controls whether the Date Range applies to when a code was created, when it was redeemed, both (matching), or either (comprehensive). The default, "Code Created (Date) OR Code Redeemed (Date)," gives the most comprehensive view within your selected date range.
Q: Why do some codes not show a Redeemed (Date)?
A: A code only shows a Redeemed (Date) once an end-user has activated it. Codes with a status of "Created" have not yet been redeemed.
