The Student Program Decision Report provides the current program decision (Total Access, Course Access, or No Program) for each student by schedule, reflecting the most recent decision captured by VitalSource's Flexible Access technology. It draws on student opt schedule, catalog, and program decision data in Connect, and helps institutions track and confirm student participation choices ahead of opt-in/opt-out deadlines.

How to Use This Report
Start with the filters — Institution is applied automatically based on your company association. Narrow further with Catalog Name, Term Start Date, or Student ID/Name/Email Address as needed.
Interpret the results — Each row reflects one student's most recent program decision (Total Access, Course Access, or No Program) for a schedule, as of the last data refresh (approximately every 3 hours).
Take action — Use this report ahead of the opt-in/opt-out deadline to identify students who have not yet made a decision, or to confirm decisions were captured correctly.
