Explore: MARC Records
Institutions may require MARC (Machine Readable Cataloging) records for the content in their collection(s). An institution can complete the following steps to generate an .mrc file.
MARC Records in Bulk:
- Login to Explore.
- From the Institutions page, select an Institution.
- Click the Integrations button.
- Click on the MARC Records button. You will see a "Generating Records" message, and your file will automatically download. You’ll still be able to download MARC records if you do not yet have an integration set up.
Individual MARC Records:
- Login to Explore.
- From the Institutions page, select an Institution.
- Click the Download icon, and then select MARC Records. You will see a "Generating Records" message, and your file will automatically download.
Note: If your Collection(s) contain more than 1,000 MARC records, the .mrc file will be emailed to you.
