Generate MARC Records in Explore

Institutions may require MARC (Machine Readable Cataloging) records for the content in their collection(s). An institution can complete the following steps to generate an .mrc file.

  1. Login to Explore
  2. Click on the Institutions tab, then on Integrations
  3. Click on the MARC Records button. You will see a "Generating Records" message, and your file will automatically download.

Note

If your Collection(s) contain more than 1,000 MARC records, the .mrc file will be emailed to you.
