Post-Opt-Out Purchase Instructions (Video Included)
If you opted out of your course materials and need to purchase them after the census date (also known as post-opt-out), you're in the right place. This guide includes a short video and a written walkthrough to help you complete your purchase using Partner Integration.

Here’s a step-by-step written guide:
Step 1: Log into Your LMS
- 
Access your school's Learning Management System (LMS). 
- 
Select the course where you previously opted out of materials. 
Step 2: Check Your Opt-Out Status
- 
Within your course, you will see a message or indicator showing that you have opted out of the course materials. 
Step 3: Click "Buy Now"
- 
Locate and click the Buy Now button to initiate your purchase. 
Step 4: Create or Sign In to Your Bookshelf Account
- 
If you already have a VitalSource Bookshelf account, sign in. 
- 
If not, you’ll be prompted to create one. 
Step 5: Complete Your Payment
- 
Enter your payment information as prompted. 
- 
Submit your payment to finalize the purchase. 
Step 6: Access Your Course Materials
- 
After your purchase is complete, you will be directed to your course materials.
