VitalSource integrates with your campus Point of Sale (POS) system to ingest term, section, and adoption data for your bookstore program.
This integration allows VitalSource to provide student charge files back to you with term and section data relevant to your campus processes. The data is passed via flat files transferred through a VitalSource SFTP server or POS/RMS API services.
VitalSource will work directly with the following POS/RMS providers to set up your integration.
- NetSuite
- Hello/Wave
- MBS
- Prism
- Resero
- Booklog
- Ratex
After working with your provider, the VitalSource team will review your data structure and reach out to you with any questions or concerns. Once the data review is complete, the VitalSource team will reach out with confirmation that you’re ready to go!
If an integration is not possible for your campus, manual import options are available.
