User Management (Assigning Users to Voucher Agencies)

Before issuing vouchers, users need to be assigned to the correct voucher agencies. This page walks you through adding users and the requirements for user assignments.

  1. Select the Manage company (school) from the drop-down list at the top of the screen.

  2. Go to the All Agencies tab
  3. Select Add Users from agency menu.

    • Alternatively, you can click the Agency Name link and navigate to the Users menu
  4. Add a User - search for the user by name or email.
  5. Select the user from the search results and select Assign to Agency

  6. The user will now appear in the agency’s assigned user list.

Notes & Tips

If you encounter any of the following:

  • The Expected Voucher Agency is missing – confirm you’ve selected the correct School/Company from the header drop-down.
  • Contact success@vitalsource.com if:
    • A user is not appearing in search.
    • The school drop-down is empty or missing schools.
    • You need to change user permissions (e.g., read-only vs. edit rights).
