The Bookshelf User Search feature in Manage has been improved to include an intuitive interface, easier and faster search capabilities, basic and advanced search parameters, and a shiny, new results Export button!
To lookup a Bookshelf user:
- Log in to your Manage account.
- Click the icon, then click Users > Search Bookshelf Users.
Basic Search
To execute a basic search for a Bookshelf user:
- Enter the person's name, email address, or any other unique identifier like GUID or reference. Click Enter, or click the icon to search. Your results will include any users that you have permission to see and will include their Name, Email, Date Created, and Distributor(s).
- To manage a user's account, click on their Name hyperlink.
Advanced Search
To search across your Bookshelf users with more specific parameters, such as Company and Role:
- Click Advanced Search to the right of the Search bar.
- Enter in as many or as few fields as you'd like and click Search. Your results will include any users that you have permission to see and will include their Name, Email, Date Created, and Distributor(s).
- To manage a user's account, click on their Name hyperlink.
Export Bookshelf User Account List
Once your basic or advanced search has run and you're provided a list of results, you can export the list as a .csv file.
- From the Results page, click Export.
- You will receive an email with the Bookshelf User list attached. Note: it may take up to several minutes to receive the report if your search yielded thousands of results.
